Does Using the Gradient™ AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) Qualify for Hackathon Requirements?

Hello I had a quick clarification about the requirements for the Gradient AI Hackathon.
If I build my project using the Gradient AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) and deploy the final application on the Gradient AI platform, would that fully satisfy the requirement to use DigitalOcean Gradient AI full-stack features?
Or is there an expectation that projects must be created/configured directly through the Gradient dashboard or other specific tools? . Thanks.
