$200 signup credits

Upon Signup and adding payment method the tagline: You will not be charged at this time and will receive an invoice at the end of the month based on your usage where you will be able to apply credits. But it asked for $12 payment confirmation. So, for the sake of this hackathon let us redeem those credits

    Hi, is there a waiting period to be able to access chat? I currently have no Discord permissions, even after phone verification.

    They are not replying from the Discord. They never get PM messages. And Digital Ocean wants $12 to activate your account. So think twice before start this hachathon.

    Hi team,

    I'm having trouble accessing the hackathon credits and Gradient AI features:

    1. My account shows $0.00 instead of the $200 promotional credits
    2. When I try to create a Managed Database, it requires payment verification
    and attempts to charge $15+, which is failing
    3. I've posted in Discord but haven't received a response yet

    I'm at the final lap of my project but I'm blocked at this final step.

    Questions:
    - How can I get the $200 hackathon credits applied to my account?
    - Can someone manually enable Managed Database access?
    - Alternatively, would using PostgreSQL on a Droplet instead of Managed Database
    still satisfy the "DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI full stack features" requirement
    for judging?

    Time-sensitive: I'm aiming to submit within 24-48 hours.
