Account blocked from Gradient AI, can't create agents or personal tokens despite having credits

Running into a frustrating blocker and wondering if anyone else has hit this.

I have the $200 credits applied to my DO account but I'm completely unable to:
- Create a Gradient AI agent
- Generate personal access tokens
- Connect to Gradient AI in any way

Opened a support ticket and posted in the DO Discord but no response yet.
Deadline is March 18 and I've already built the full backend, just can't wire it up to Gradient AI.

Has anyone else run into account restrictions like this? Any workaround while waiting for support?
